Project memory as git-tracked markdown files (.llmmemory/), shared with the team. Use it when starting a non-trivial task to recall past decisions, conventions and bugs; when asked "what did we decide about X?" or "why do we use Y?"; and right after making a decision, fixing a bug with a non-obvious cause or discovering a stable project fact, to save it.
