This skill should be used when the user asks "which project", wants to "create a project", "start a new project", "switch project", "mark this project complete", "archive a project", "unregister a project", "install the task rule", "check this machine", or "uninstall AIDA from this repository". It works out which project owns the current directory, creates one, switches to another, ends one, or cleans one up, and runs the project check every time.
