Hands work produced in the current session to a different coding agent for an independent review, so the implementer never reviews its own work. Use only when the user explicitly asks for another agent's review: "cross-review this", "second opinion", "fresh eyes on this", "have Codex review it", "have Claude review it", "independent review", "review this with another agent". A plain review request, including "final review" or "review this PR", is the current agent's own review; do not add a cross-review to it.
