Also trigger if the user says "create a weekly for [date]" or asks to update the team on what's happening.
This skill reads recent daily notes to extract what was completed last week and what's in progress this week, then writes a structured Team Weekly markdown file and inserts a wiki-link into the corresponding daily note.
