Source-led workflow. The PyPI 0.26.0 tag and the unified-SSA dev tree expose different compiler capabilities at the same version string. Pin a commit, then run `scripts/inspect_compiler_capabilities.py SOURCE_ROOT` before naming modules or APIs.
