Resume work on the current project by loading the latest saved handoff from the synced cross-machine store. Use at the START of a session — arriving at a different PC (home <-> office), or in a fresh chat after a long one was handed off. Reads ~/.claude/handoffs keyed by the current project folder name, so it works across machines and Windows usernames.
