One place for cleaning up scratch/working directories after a task —
deletes clutter (__pycache__, *.pyc/*.pyo, staging_*/ dirs, tmp/, *.log)
in a given working directory, but NEVER deletes anything git-tracked. Run
on request ("clean up scratch", "tidy up", "clean up after yourself",
"uklid po sobe", "smaž balast") and as a closing step of other skills or a
daily sweep. Verifies via git status / git ls-files before deleting that no
tracked file is at risk. Never touches anything outside the given
directory, never deletes output artifacts or tracked files.
