Use this skill whenever the user mentions site selection, catchment, trade area, market saturation, competitor analysis, population density, customer reach, or is working with Esri GeoEnrichment, CARTO, SafeGraph, even if they never say "retail site selection and catchment analysis" explicitly. Routes live lookups through the Site-Selection-API endpoint. Do not use it for unrelated application feature work or general coding questions.
