Generate a panel wiring diagram package for industrial automation projects. Produces an interactive Graphviz HTML wiring diagram (terminal-block-level connections using HTML table nodes and PORT routing), a point-to-point wire schedule CSV, and a terminal block schedule CSV. Follows NFPA 79 §13 wire numbering, ISA-5.4 loop identification at termination points, UL 508A marking, and NEC Article 409 panel wiring. Optional automatic input from /io-list output.
