Rebrand Sweep

Guarded rename of a brand name or token across files, and safe re-pointing when a project/folder moves. Built because a hand-run blanket `sed` is dangerous — a brand token often does double duty (e.g. ExampleBrand RESELLS ExampleBrand watches, so "ExampleBrand" = old store name in some lines but the kept watch brand in others). This skill reads the brand-architecture rules first, classifies every hit, DRY-RUNS by default, never blanket-replaces, and knows how to re-point wikilink paths / symlinks / workspace files / configs afterward.
