Write prose in ASD-STE100 Simplified Technical English to remove "AI slop". Two tiers by output type: in normal conversation, write in the STE-flavored style as a light guideline (no linter); for significant standalone artifacts (READMEs, AGENTS.md, docs, PR/release text, html-presentation files, or when the user asks to check/lint), apply the full ruleset and run the linter to double-check.
