Patch spells, magic effects, enchantments, staves, and scrolls for Requiem's Magic Redone via houseCARL — school, tier, magicka cost, magnitude, and the tier-classifier perk derived from Requiem's comparable magic, emitted as an ESP override. Use for any MGEF, SPEL, or ENCH record whose cost, power, or tome value breaks Requiem's magic economy. Load before the record is touched.
