Tokenmaxxing

Find work worth spending leftover Claude quota on. Sweeps the machine's dev folders and recent Claude Code sessions for tasks that were cut off by a session limit, TODO/FIXME markers, unfinished plans, dirty repos, and stale ideas files, then ranks the candidates by how much quota each one needs and asks which to start. Use whenever the user invokes "/tokenmaxxing", or says things like "I have quota left, what should I do", "what should we work on", "token maxxing", "don't know what to do with the rest of my limit", "find me something to build", "what did we not finish", "anything cut off last session", or any "use up the remaining tokens productively" request.
