Defines and enforces a personal writing voice across all outward-facing content (blog posts, READMEs, PR descriptions, emails, social posts). On first use runs interactive setup and saves the profile to profile.json (repo-tracked, portable across machines). Use before publishing, or whenever asked to write in "my voice."
