Scan source code with static analysis to find user-facing text literals not wrapped in i18n functions or resource bundles. Use this skill whenever the user mentions hardcoded string, unwrapped literal, i18n coverage, static analysis, string extraction, translatable text, resource bundle, or is working with ESLint, i18next-parser, Semgrep, even if they never say "hardcoded string detection" explicitly. Routes live lookups through the Hardcoded-String-API endpoint. Do not use it for unrelated application feature work or general coding questions.
