Ship — end-to-end feature/fix lifecycle

Take a feature or fix all the way from idea to released-and-verified, adapting to whatever project you're in. A SINGLE command that auto-detects the current stage (new idea / scoping / implementing / ready-to-PR / merged / releasing) and continues, stopping only at five consequential gates.
